Position Overview: We are seeking a Professional Services Coordinator to support our clients effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for relationship building and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and Sales Management: Oversee the receipt of goods, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Inventory Oversight: Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring accessibility and accurate tracking of equipment.
  • Ticket Scheduling: Collaborate with management to schedule service appointments and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Engineer Coordination: Monitor the status of scheduled resources and manage updates to the service schedule.
  • Service Board Management: Keep service tickets updated, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
  • Follow-Up and Auditing: Review completed tickets for accuracy and ensure proper documentation for invoicing.
  • Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement process, ensuring quality checks and cost-effective vendor selection.
