POSITION OVERVIEW: The Client Success Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic management of client relationships within DataScan. This role requires daily communication with clients and internal stakeholders to address and resolve client inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments such as technical operations, product development, accounting, legal, client success, and business development to facilitate effective solutions that align with both DataScan's and our clients' objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exhibit exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism while engaging with all levels of management.
  • Conduct meaningful discussions with clients to identify their immediate and long-term needs, exploring how DataScan can provide tailored solutions.
  • Initiate the sales process for potential new offerings based on client feedback and requirements.
  • Utilize strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to cultivate strategic relationships with clients, including:
    • Business Development – managing Statements of Work, amendments, and contract renewals.
    • Compliance & Information Security – overseeing issue management and contract adherence.
    • Accounting – gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client's financial landscape.
    • Product – liaising with the product team to relay client insights and coordinate interactions.
    • Client Success teams – partnering with implementation, consulting, and support teams to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Act as a liaison for the executive team, effectively communicating strategic updates and escalating significant issues as necessary.
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills to foster strong client partnerships.
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 20 clients with varying complexities and requirements.
  • Work closely with the Client Relations Manager to enhance client coverage and service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Salesforce.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
  • Be prepared to travel overnight as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in auto finance, floorplan finance, or banking.
