- Assist customers with ticket inquiries and transactions through various channels, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage cash and electronic payment transactions accurately.
- Coordinate the distribution of will-call tickets effectively.
- Perform additional duties as required based on seasonal programs and events.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism in customer interactions and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with cash handling and payment processing.
- Proficient in computer applications, including spreadsheets and ticketing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic work setting.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Availability:
This position requires flexibility to work on weekdays, rotating Saturdays, and during all home games and special events, with an expected commitment of approximately 25-35 hours per week.
