Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Onsite Scheduler to enhance our team. This position is vital in ensuring seamless scheduling and communication between our clients and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the scheduling of calibration services and respond to customer inquiries regarding our offerings.
  • Coordinate with clients to arrange calibration activities efficiently.
  • Oversee daily scheduling tasks for On-site Calibration Technicians.
  • Maintain and track the status of instruments within the customer database.
  • Create purchase orders and liaise with vendors for outsourced calibrations.
  • Assist clients during internal and external audits.
  • Occasional travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in scheduling services, particularly in technical fields.
  • Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards.
  • Background in using inventory tracking systems.
  • Previous experience in the metrology service sector.
