Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Onsite Scheduler to enhance our team. This position is vital in ensuring seamless scheduling and communication between our clients and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the scheduling of calibration services and respond to customer inquiries regarding our offerings.
- Coordinate with clients to arrange calibration activities efficiently.
- Oversee daily scheduling tasks for On-site Calibration Technicians.
- Maintain and track the status of instruments within the customer database.
- Create purchase orders and liaise with vendors for outsourced calibrations.
- Assist clients during internal and external audits.
- Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling services, particularly in technical fields.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards.
- Background in using inventory tracking systems.
- Previous experience in the metrology service sector.
