In this role, we are looking for client-focused, technically minded professionals that can be described as diligent, passionate, intuitive, big picture thinkers, optimistic, self-motivated, adaptive and collaborative.As a Professional Services Coordinator, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Project/Sales Good ReceiptReceive goods ordered and/or verify receipt if not delivered to Alpharetta OfficeConfirm product accuracyEnter serialized good receipt in EAProduce Sales Order Pick list informationPlace and label product in inventory storageUpdate CW ticket with goods receipt, notes and status as neededInventory ControlMaintain Inventory RoomOrganize equipment by sales orderOrganize bulk inventory items and monitor inventory levelsControl access to inventory for Pro Services team membersVerify inventory taken from Inventory Room (serial numbers/sales order/etc)Update sales order pick list as items are placed in or removed from Inventory RoomScheduling of ticketsWork with Pro Service Manager on scheduling logisticsAssign tickets to engineersEnsure product is all received and available to installContact and work with customers for all scheduling mattersEnsure customer is aware and confirm dates/times are goodMaintain regular and timely communication with customerManage the transfer and documentation of product to be installed to the engineer for accurate inventory controlCoordination of engineersFollow up throughout the day with scheduled resources for status and updatesGive direction as per schedule changesConfirm product delivery and/or installation for invoicingReport status and issues to Pro Service manager as requiredDrive operational tempo of schedule and work to mitigate lost or wasted time for EngineersService board managementWork in conjunction with Pro Services Manager to keep all tickets updated and moving forwardEnsure all tickets have proper status, filters, notes, parts, resources and accurate notesFollow-up, auditing, and closing of ticketsReview tickets placed in "Follow-Up" status by engineers for overall completion, time, and billing accuracyEnsure all filterable fields are accurately selectedWork with Pro Services Manager and Engineers to address overages and/or incomplete items on ticketsEnsure notes are orderly and proper for customer reviewEnter ticket notes or directly follow-up with customers as required to ensure customer is informed and ultimately satisfiedClose tickets for invoicing when confirmed 100% complete or alternatives in action otherwiseRecognize trends and anomalies in the overall process and report to Pro Services or Accounting management as requiredAct as backup to MITS Accounting Specialist for Sales/Project ProcurementReceive purchase prompt from Pro ServicesReview purchase order requestPerform quality check for potential high-level inaccuracies (odd vendors, non-typical purchases, non-typical items)Work with TAM/Sales/Pro Services to correct any product procurement issuesEnsure lowest cost vendors are selected whenever feasibleCreate EA Purchase order linked to EA Sales OrderPlace purchase with Vendor (providing EA PO #)Coordinate any vendor deposit required with MITS ControllerNovatech provides competitive compensation, great benefits, a positive upbeat culture, and ongoing professional development for your career.Market competitive salary based upon experience.Comprehensive benefit package including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance and other supplemental coverage.401(k) plan with matching company contributionGenerous Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, Floating Holiday, Company Holidays and Parental Leave$300 per year to contribute to achieving your personal wellness and fitness goals.Employee Recognition ProgramsNovatech, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants.
