POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Client Success Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic relationship between our clients and DataScan. This role involves daily communication with clients and internal teams to address client requests and ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments such as technical operations, product management, accounting, legal, and business development to facilitate effective solutions that align with both DataScan's and our clients' objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and the ability to engage with all levels of management.
  • Conduct meaningful discussions with clients to assess their immediate and long-term needs, identifying how DataScan can offer suitable solutions.
  • Initiate the sales process for potential new offerings.
  • Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills, effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to foster a strategic relationship with clients, including:
    • Business Development – managing Statements of Work, amendments, and contract renewals.
    • Compliance & Information Security – overseeing issue management and contract compliance.
    • Accounting – gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client's financial scope.
    • Product – coordinating client feedback and interactions with the product team.
    • Client Success teams – collaborating with implementation, consulting, and support teams on issue resolution.
  1. Engage with the executive team to relay strategic communications and escalate significant issues as necessary.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships and negotiation skills.
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 20 clients with varying complexities.
  • Work closely with the Client Relations Manager to enhance client coverage and support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Salesforce.
  • Communicate effectively with all management levels.
  • Work independently under deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Travel overnight as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in auto finance, floorplan finance, or banking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
