Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Process customer phone orders
- Check availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, and process sales data via computer
- Assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience working with rotating equipment/pumps preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
Education
