Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Covenant Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels, including outbound calling, digital outreach, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including outbound calling, digital outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery calls in a process-based, solutions-oriented sales outreach.
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound, non-scripted lead generation.
- Strong ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in business development and inside sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission with a first-year OTE target of $60,000.00+
