Parts Specialist

As a Parts Specialist at HVAC Equipment Sales, you will provide technical support and inspired sales to Contractors and Owners to support their parts needs. You will be responsible for the development of multiple important projects with an emphasis on the following products: Boilers, Chillers, Air Handling Equipment, Cooling Towers, Pumps and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with clients and create strong support for their aftermarket needs
- Demonstrate knowledge of parts and systems to support a client-focused solution
- Use strong computer skills to manage inventory, sales, stock, and ordering processes
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace (coordinating with warehouse personnel)
- Be able to communicate benefits and value with customer's needs in mind
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (construction related) or proven experience in HVAC or Parts Industry
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of boilers, chillers, pumps, or other mechanical products is preferred
- High level of self-motivation to perform & succeed with outstanding customer service
