Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at BASYS Processing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with bank partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and self-sourced leads.
  • Collaborate with bank partners to educate them on merchant services and increase referral volume.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or related field.
