Competitive Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this position is between $140,000 - $180,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $160,000 - $200,000/year. This attractive compensation package includes performance bonuses and incentives.

About the Job
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive high-impact digital marketing campaigns and support the strategy, execution, and success of our programs. You will partner with our marketing & sales teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline. As our first Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will amplify our SEO, PPC, paid social, and ABM strategy to drive growth for Radar. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing a digital marketing strategy, managing ongoing optimization efforts of all digital marketing campaigns, enhancing our digital ABM strategy, and monitoring and evaluating campaign performance.

Key Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need 3-5 years of demand generation experience, specifically in SEO, paid search, and paid social. Experience at a B2B SaaS company is highly preferred. Additionally, you should possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
