About the Role

Eaton is seeking a highly skilled Sales Partnership Growth Expert to join its ES AMER NAS division. This remote role, based in New York, New York, offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development.

\

As a Sales Partnership Growth Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth through partnerships. Your primary focus will be on selling and supporting key accounts or channel partners in the region, including Regional VAR's (IT Channel Partners), National VAR's, Systems Integrators, and end user accounts in the New York City area.

You will:

  • \
  • Grow and develop partner enablement programs, recruit new partners, and manage partner certifications etc.\
  • Oversee the management and execution of channel marketing programs to support sales growth \
  • Foster strong relationships across all areas of the customer organization (Sales, Marketing, purchasing etc) at all levels(individual contributor up to the VP/C-level \
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize sales growth across Eaton's full product portfolio in their focus accounts \
  • Collaborate with the Regional Field team to develop and execute business strategies (Lead Monthly pipeline calls, report on Partner performance, Business plan development for Top Partners/Underperforming Partners/ Partner recruitment etc)\
  • Stay up-to-date on key market trends, competitor initiatives etc that could impact sales and Eaton positioning in the marketplace \
  • Utilize digital tools (CRM) to capture relevant commercial information and make informed business decisions \

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution \
  • Minimum five (5) years of channel sales experience in Critical Power, IT, and/or Datacenter Industries \
  • No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of New York, New York to be considered. \
  • Posses and maintain a valid drivers license. \
  • Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring company sponsorship now and in the future. \
