Drive Revenue Growth with Our Innovative Loyalty Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through the sale of our innovative loyalty solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for our loyalty products, targeting financial institutions and fintechs.
  • Understand the complex needs of financial institutions and leverage our loyalty solutions to create compelling programs.
  • Work closely with Solution Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Create personalized presentation materials for prospects and clients, showcasing the value of our loyalty solutions.
  • Pipeline management and deal closing, matching client needs with our loyalty offerings.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting new opportunities and client benefits.
  • Assist in providing subject matter expertise and feedback on loyalty products for internal and external audiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience selling loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing solutions to financial institutions.
  • Proven success in sales, with a strong track record of deal closures.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce and other pipeline management tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary, with a range of $86,000 to $125,000, based on location and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions, depending on your role. Mastercard benefits include insurance, flexible spending account, paid leaves, 10 annual paid sick days, 10 or more annual paid vacation days, 401k with a best-in-class company match, deferred compensation, fitness reimbursement, eligibility for tuition reimbursement, and gender-inclusive benefits.
