Salary: This highly competitive role comes with an estimated salary of $187,000 - $300,000 USD, based on location and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, you may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.

Job Description: As a Commercial Solutions Counsel, you'll play a critical role in supporting our global Commercial and New Payment Flows business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating complex customer agreements
  • Providing strategic support for product sales initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to advise on regulatory, compliance, privacy, and antitrust issues
  • Identifying needed process improvements and efficiencies

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of experience, licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
  • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, or at a law firm supporting those industries
  • Strong drafting and negotiating skills, with the ability to understand and simplify complex concepts and deal structures
  • A keen business insight and strong communication skills to interact confidently with internal clients, customers, and colleagues
