Job Description

The People Experience Domain Architect role is responsible for defining the global north star architecture for HR, governing organization alignment with enterprise standards and using common solutions. This role will define the architecture for global People Experience programs, provide coaching/guidance to sector EA's for sector specific initiatives, reducing IT costs and complexity, and ensuring long-term viability of solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define north star reference architectures for the domain, including capability models, common terminology, definitions, and flows.
  • Develop a technology strategy for the domain, leading the evaluation and selection of solutions/platforms to meet global/sector needs.
  • Educate and increase awareness of global reference architectures and tech standards for the domain across the enterprise.
  • Shape the technology strategy of HR & People Experience initiatives to maximize alignment with standards.
  • Help close fit gaps with standards to minimize local solutions.
  • Lead delivery of consistent solution architecture for key transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, flexible, scalable, and sustainable.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $255,000 per year, based on confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education. A performance-based bonus target payout is 25% of annual salary, paid annually, with an additional 10% target payout over 3 years following the performance period. Long-term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, health, and dependent care reimbursement accounts, as well as paid time off and parental leave.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or similar field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of software industry experience.
  • 3+ years of solution architecture experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience of Human Resource processes, including Hire to Retire, Learning & Development, Workforce Management, HR Service Delivery, and Talent Management.
  • Experience with key vendor software packages, including SAP Success Factors, UKG Pro, Service Now, and Degreed Solutions.
  • In-depth experience with PepsiCo Enterprise Data Foundation (EDF) architecture, data integration patterns, and data & analytics concepts.
  • Ability to comprehend business strategies and translate them to technology strategies.
  • Effective conceptual selling experience.
