Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer to enhance our dynamic team.

Compensation ranges from $76,000 to $97,000 annually, full-time, with benefits and flexibility for a hybrid work schedule.

This position plays a vital role in design teams, delivering impactful projects that contribute to local communities. Projects include a diverse array of public infrastructure and land development initiatives, covering residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. Collaborating with a team of engineers and project managers, this role offers opportunities for professional growth within a thriving, multi-disciplinary firm.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • 3+ years of progressive engineering design experience
  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) Certification
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil3D
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Valid Driver's License
Desirable:
  • PE in Washington or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
