To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of investment products and services. A successful candidate will have 14+ years of relevant experience in portfolio management, involving equities, bonds, or both. They should also have a bachelor's degree and hold a professional certification such as CFA, CFP, or MBA.
