Floorplan Portfolio Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floorplan Portfolio Development Specialist to join our team at Westlake Financial. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our floorplan portfolio, building relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers, and identifying opportunities for portfolio growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Growth:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to grow our floorplan portfolio.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to understand their financing needs.
  3. Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions and promoting Westlake Financial's offerings.
  4. Conduct market research to remain competitive and align services with industry trends.
Servicing:
  1. Oversee the servicing of the floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  4. Provide training and support to dealerships on the use of financing solutions and services.
Risk Management:
  1. Monitor dealership conditions and performance.
  2. Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, accounting).
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of key financial tools and terminology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
  • Valid driver's license required for travel.
