We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Market Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, solid experience in sales methodologies, excellent negotiation skills, and impeccable verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to have 1+ year of Martech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies under your belt. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 250+ accounts to drive revenue growth. You will develop and execute account plans with the Customer Success and Marketing teams, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify new opportunities for growth. You will utilize high-volume calls, minutes, and demos to strengthen customer relationships.
