Job Title: SFU Account Executive

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented SFU Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with single-family unit builders and developers in your designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a module of builders and sales professionals at SFU communities
  • Prospect for additional sales and referral opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders and developers
  • Identify and qualify new leads
  • Develop and deliver presentations on products and services
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Record sales production and other KPIs in timely manner through CRM
  • Utilize company referral rewards program
  • Attend daily, weekly and monthly company prescribed meetings
  • Attend community events
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
  • Strong understanding of the single-family unit construction process
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Salary Description:

$40,000 - $140,000
