Job Title: SFU Account ExecutiveWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented SFU Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with single-family unit builders and developers in your designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a module of builders and sales professionals at SFU communities
- Prospect for additional sales and referral opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders and developers
- Identify and qualify new leads
- Develop and deliver presentations on products and services
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Record sales production and other KPIs in timely manner through CRM
- Utilize company referral rewards program
- Attend daily, weekly and monthly company prescribed meetings
- Attend community events
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong understanding of the single-family unit construction process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
