Position Overview:

F2OnSite is seeking a skilled Technical Project Coordinator to oversee and manage IT Field Services projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects align with the organization's strategic objectives and are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT Field Services projects, ensuring they meet organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring progress against established milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • May require travel to oversee project deployments or engage with clients and vendors.
  • Assist in logistics for equipment and facility readiness.

Resource Management:
  • Effectively allocate resources to meet project demands and optimize utilization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor resource allocation and make adjustments as necessary to mitigate risks and address project constraints.
  • Conduct training and orientations for project resources.

Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on outcomes.
  • Proactively address issues and obstacles that arise during project execution, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project alignment.

Qualifications:
  • Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and hardware systems.
  • May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as necessary.

Essential Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to follow instructions and processes with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to lift and move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must possess a basic repair kit.
  • Additional requirements may be applicable if an offer of employment is extended.
