Essential Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Implementation:
· Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of IT Field Services projects, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives.
· Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring progress against set milestones.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
· Travel may be necessary to supervise project deployments or engage with clients/vendors.
· Support logistics for equipment and facility readiness.
2. Resource Allocation:
· Efficiently allocate resources to meet project demands and optimize utilization.
· Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
· Monitor resource distribution and make adjustments as needed to mitigate risks and address project limitations.
· Conduct training and orientation sessions for project resources.

3. Risk Assessment:
· Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact on outcomes.
· Proactively resolve issues and challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring timely solutions.
· Track project performance metrics and implement corrective measures as necessary to maintain progress.

Education and Experience:


• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent experience of 1-2 years.


• Familiarity with relevant software and hardware systems.


• May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as needed.

Skills:


• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.


• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.


• Capability to follow processes and instructions with minimal oversight.


• Ability to lift and move various computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.


• Must possess a basic repair toolkit.
