Are you looking for a high-energy, strategic, and fast-paced position as a Rest of Market (ROM) Account Executive? Relias, the company changing lives throughout the world by helping healthcare organizations improve their clinical and financial outcomes, is seeking a talented individual to join our team.

As a ROM Account Executive, you will be responsible for presenting the value propositions and benefits of our solutions daily. You will handle all aspects of the sales process, from product demos, pricing negotiations, and contract reviews, working in a round-robin or pooled manner with a team of other Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently managing time to maximize the number of sales calls, demonstrations, and closed deals.
  • Preparing and presenting customized proposals and agreements to prospective clients, including detailed demonstrations of our education and clinical solutions.
  • Consistent and detailed use of Relias CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
  • Documenting details of identified opportunities to clearly communicate situation and specific account profiles (including contacts, buying processes, etc.) for sales personnel and management.
  • Effectively utilizing technology to facilitate remote presentations.

Requirements:

  • Expertise with technology, including Salesforce.com, Gong, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams.
  • High level of organization, time management, self-initiative, and experience managing a client base remotely.
  • Constant thirst for learning and ability to figure out new approaches and learn all potential use cases for our different product offerings for the different segments of the market.
  • 1+ years of sales experience in a SaaS sales environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambition to perform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Ability to be a team player; it takes all of us to make Relias a success.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a healthcare environment.

Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
