Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our client partnership team at WalkerHealthcare. As a key member of our team, you will support the Executive Director, Technology Services and Account Management team in achieving strategic organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent written and oral communication capabilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS Office and web-based computer technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable of the full range of company and third-party technology, products, IT solutions and services, and how these services align to customer needs
  • Willingness to learn and adopt best practices necessary to create ongoing and sustainable success

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in a similar role
  • A background in the staffing and recruiting industry is required
  • Healthcare payer / IT Solutions experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree is required
