Job Title: Account Executive About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Harte Hanks. As an Account Executive, you will serve as a liaison between our company and clients, ensuring that all program activity is executed smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to upper management and other departments. * Act as the chief liaison between clients and other Harte Hanks departments, including telemarketing, operations, and IT. * Provide direction to support teams, promoting consistent account management business practices. * Manage client commitments and pursue additional opportunities for growth. * Possess strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with internal and external audiences.
