Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist/Client Services professional to join our team at Execu-Suites Business Centers. This is a full-time/part-time opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them accordingly
  • Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for clients
  • Receive and process mail and packages for clients
  • Coordinate meeting room scheduling and daily charges
  • Perform various clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and dependability
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Morningstar System a plus
