Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Branch Relationship Banker to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients at our financial center. If you are dedicated to community engagement, teamwork, and assisting individuals in achieving their financial aspirations, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive banking services to both new and existing clients, focusing on sales and service excellence.
  • Accurately process financial transactions in a timely manner, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Open and manage customer accounts, issue ATM cards, facilitate consumer loans, and address client service inquiries.
  • Engage in the sales discovery process and nurture customer relationships.
  • Assess clients' financial needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Refer clients to additional bank products and services as appropriate.
  • Conduct sales outreach to potential and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service.
  • Support retail initiatives to capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies.
  • Resolve client issues through direct action or by connecting them with appropriate resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality of bank records and client information in accordance with security policies.
  • Meet regularly with management to discuss progress toward individual and branch objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, sales, or related fields.
  • Experience in a financial sales role with knowledge of consumer lending preferred.
  • Strong banking and sales acumen.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and referral goals.
  • Solid understanding of banking products and services.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position requiring flexibility within standard business hours.
