  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods to discover qualified healthcare professionals (including BCBA, RBT, RN, LVN, OT, PT, ST) and administrative staff through job platforms, professional associations, and educational institutions.
  • Review and assess resumes and applications, keeping candidates informed about their application status, and maintaining accurate candidate profiles in our HR system.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to determine candidates' suitability for available roles and evaluate their qualifications.
  • Organize and coordinate interview logistics, facilitating in-person meetings between candidates and hiring supervisors.
  • Act as a representative of Reliant Healthcare Group at recruitment fairs, career expos, and industry events to enhance our employer brand.
  • Collaborate with the HR team during the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into their new positions.
  • Track and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to monitor essential performance indicators, such as time-to-fill and hiring success rates.
  • Provide management with regular updates on recruitment activities and insights into trends within the healthcare sector.
  • Continuously explore avenues for refining recruitment strategies and improving the overall candidate experience.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting capacity.
  • Experience in recruiting for BCBA/ST/OT/PT/RBT roles is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Capability to remain seated for extended periods and engage in extensive phone communication.
  • Visual acuity to prepare, analyze, and interpret data and figures, including frequent use of computer screens.
