Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engagement and Education:
- Collaborate with fellowship programs and esteemed surgeons to provide consultation and educational resources in key orthopedic areas.
- Facilitate the exchange of voice of the customer (VOC) insights, focusing on the education and advancement of orthopedic procedures and products.

2. Training Execution:
- Implement targeted educational strategies for domestic and international surgeons through labs, courses, and trade shows.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with key surgeons, ensuring they receive current scientific data and clinical trial opportunities.

3. Program Coordination:
- Plan and execute educational programs for surgeons, coordinating with various stakeholders including off-site labs and hospitals.
- Liaise with faculty, course attendees, and event departments to ensure seamless program delivery.

4. Market Intelligence:
- Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to gather competitive insights and clinical feedback on new product concepts.
- Conduct field trials and compile reports on findings, sharing valuable information with internal teams.

5. Lab Training Management:
- Oversee all aspects of bioskills lab training sessions, including organization and execution of activities and advanced technique demonstrations.
- Ensure lab maintenance and compliance with health and safety regulations.

6. Relationship Development:
- Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and promote emerging technologies to surgeons.
- Align KOL development with strategic marketing objectives.

Travel Requirements:
- This position may require travel up to 50%.

Qualifications:
- Preferred education includes an AS/BS/MA in a relevant field (e.g., PA-C, RN, ST).
- Licenses/certifications in nursing and/or surgical technology are required.
- A minimum of five years of operating room experience, with at least three years in a commercial capacity, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret technical manuals and scientific literature.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A personable, energetic, and confident demeanor is essential for success in this role.
