KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Match caregiver skills and availability with client requirements effectively.
  • Oversee caregiver performance and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Develop and implement a strategic recruiting plan to maintain and expand partnerships, ensuring recruitment objectives are achieved.
  • Manage applicant data entry into the system efficiently.
  • Initiate the hiring process, including application processing, background checks, interviews, and reference checks, and make hiring recommendations to management.
  • Facilitate the orientation process for new caregivers and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies.
  • Update and manage employee information, including personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, and performance reviews.
  • Work towards achieving employee retention targets.
  • Organize and promote caregiver appreciation initiatives and events.
  • Conduct follow-up visits with clients to assess and enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Participate in on-call duties as assigned and attend client meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • May assist in providing direct client care as required.
  • Focus on business growth through revenue enhancement and brand protection.
  • Ensure that all company practices are conducted legally, fairly, and objectively.
  • Drive improvements in internal operations and boost employee morale.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Preferred experience in coordination, scheduling, or training within a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows) with demonstrated database management skills.
  • Experience in client-centered service and ability to engage with diverse populations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
