We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at Wellby. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members, while also driving sales and promoting our products and services.

• Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Sales and Marketing: Identify opportunities to promote our products and services to members, and develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to members.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide support as needed.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum two years experience in member service, financial services, or similar retail experience and/or bank teller.
• Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

This is a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) role.
