Your main focus will be on customer renewals, which will serve as your guiding metric. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales and Operations, to ensure a smooth renewal process.

Identify potential speakers and co-hosts from our client base, creating opportunities for networking and content sharing. Encourage clients to participate in events, one-on-ones, and team meetings.

Gather feedback, propose enhancements, and discover tools that can elevate our service. Your leadership will empower our clients, transforming them into influential advocates for our mission.

Compensation

The total compensation for this role ranges from $140K to $200K, depending on experience, with a structure of 75% base salary and 25% commission.
