We collaborate with our client marketing and sales teams to drive their growth. Our platform enables efficient paid marketing campaigns, seamless customer data integration, and cost-effective lead generation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Development Manager to expand our portfolio of clients in North America. You will identify new business opportunities within key verticals such as Saas, Home remodeling, Insurance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives with our Business Development team. Identify and cultivate new opportunities to expand our presence and revenue streams in various markets.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring and analyzing the market landscape. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform strategic decisions.
  • Revenue Maximization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns tailored to the market. Work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular and detailed reports on performance and results. Utilize data-driven insights to inform Senior Management's decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales development (hunting & closing), preferably in Lead Generation or Digital Marketing.
  • Successful track record in closing deals with good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Performance-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot) and data analysis tools (Looker).
  • University degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, or Marketing.
