We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to join our team at Facilities Plus. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the optimal performance and reliability of all building systems, equipment, and controls.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all boilers, pressure vessels, plumbing, and piping systems. You will also maintain refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including cold storage spaces and their associated equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Building Engineer is required, with demonstrated proficiency in managing all relevant systems and equipment.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices to protect personnel and property.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

Compensation:
We offer an attractive salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide 100% healthcare paid and 12% pension benefits.
