Job Opportunity: Building Operations Specialist

The Building People, LLC, is seeking a highly skilled Building Operations Specialist with a Secret Clearance to join our team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of construction project management services to federal clients. As a Building Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of client facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Management: Provide general management of client facilities, including building upkeep and maintenance.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in commercial/government facility construction project management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience.
