Job Overview
The Building People, LLC is seeking a skilled Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for providing administrative and data management support to federal personnel.

About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves performing various tasks under general supervision and independently, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting federal personnel in establishing new vendor profiles in the Standard Accounting and Reporting System (STARS)
  • Verifying existing vendors in STARS and submitting requests for new profiles via Financial Accounting Support Tool (FAST) when necessary
  • Monitoring STARS daily for completed vendor profiles and communicating updates to requestors
  • Assisting in developing spreadsheets for tracking financial data and delivering reports to management or applicable personnel as required
  • Supporting federal personnel with oversight of recurring financial requirements such as cost accruals, aged documentation, and annual compliance audits
  • Entering financial transactions and retrieving reports from government financial systems
  • Uploading quarterly financial and procurement reports to the EERE i2 intranet site
  • Managing email requests received in the EERE ASAP enrollment mailbox
  • Reviewing email requests to determine necessary actions
  • Creating new ASAP accounts or verifying existing ones, providing data counts on enrollments and accounts created
  • Processing ASAP enrollment requests and modifications, interacting with recipients as needed
  • Initiating requisitions and preparing deliverables for Government POC review

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess an Associate's degree from an accredited university and at least 10 years of relevant experience. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2010 or better and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to competently handle changing priorities and perform sensitive tasks with discretion and tact.

Salary and Benefits
We are offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
