This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Plant Leadership Team and assisting the HR Manager with local HR tasks as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files, coordinating meetings, and managing projects. They will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing reports, processing mail, and filing.
• Manages the Plant Manager's calendar and travel arrangements.
• Assists in coordinating plant communications and updates production training records and plant audit dates as needed.
• May assist the HR Manager with proper documentation for new hires and employee transaction forms.
• May assist Plant Management with time-keeping and attendance tracking.
• Provides general administrative support to the plant, including ordering and organizing supplies and planning site activities and meetings.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
