Responsibilities: * Performs a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing reports/documentation, processing mail, and filing. * Managing Plant Manager calendar and travel. * Aids in coordination of plant communications. * May be responsible for updating & maintaining production training records and plant audit dates. * May assist HR Manager with proper documentation for new hires and/or employee transaction forms. * May assist Plant Management with time-keeping and attendance tracking. * Provides general administrative support to plant. * Ordering and organizing of plant supplies. * Plan of site activities (community volunteer opportunities, celebrations, vending, travel) * Coordinate site meetings. * Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent * 3-5 years of Administrative experience preferable in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting * Must have Microsoft Office Suite experience.
