Job Summary

Luminous Services LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the effective and efficient operation of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage general office operations, ensuring a clean and well-maintained workspace that reflects our brand.
  • Process incoming mail and deliveries, and receive and process checks and bills.
  • Oversee collections, place product orders, and maintain office supplies.
  • Update necessary KPI documents and communicate with clients and staff.
Client Scheduling and Communication
  • Answer incoming requests for service, route phone calls, and oversee job bookings on the CRM platform.
  • Ensure all pertinent CRM client and job data is entered and correct.
  • Conduct follow-up calls after all work is performed and communicate schedule needs or changes with clients and staff.
Financial and KPI Data
  • Track and present incoming call data, compile financial and other data concerning FCS roles.
  • Present specified data and analytics, offering suggestions for improvement.
