Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will be accountable for the efficient handling of various on-site tasks, ensuring exemplary customer service and fostering customer satisfaction.

Your Contributions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly alerts management to any potential issues or customer inquiries.
  • Diligently reviews and addresses requests from management and clients through various communication channels.
  • Maintains a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Aids in the development of the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document all operational processes.
  • Duties may encompass Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Records Management based on assigned location.
  • Participates in cross-functional training to ensure readiness to provide support during staffing shortages.
  • Responsibilities and site coverage may shift based on client and division requirements.

Mail/Courier Responsibilities:

  • Ensures timely and precise receiving, sorting, delivery, pickup, and processing of all courier items, interoffice mail, and various classes of postal services.
  • Monitors and tracks courier and accountable items (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail).
  • Investigates and directs unidentified and generic mail.
  • Logs, delivers, and tracks messenger items.
  • Responds to customer inquiries effectively.
  • Conducts routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Records and monitors customer requests and fulfillment status.

This position involves direct customer interaction and adherence to customer policies, which may include health and safety protocols.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience.

  • Basic computer proficiency and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Must take all necessary measures to obtain security clearances required for client premises.
  • May require travel between client locations and possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods while performing job duties.
