Client Support Center Representative (Temporary Role)

Position Overview
First Volunteer Bank is seeking to hire 8 part-time individuals to form a temporary customer assistance center. The role involves an initial training period followed by active customer support duties.
Work Schedule
The support center will operate during extended hours, and employees will work on a rotating schedule:
- Training Phase: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Support Phase: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
- Additional Support: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Optional Week: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming calls
- Serve as the primary contact for bank products and services
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-up as needed
- Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism
- Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Contribute to the development of customer communication scripts
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Two years of experience in customer interaction
- Proficient in PC software applications
- Strong sales and service capabilities
- Experience with customer service equipment is a plus
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Creative thinking in developing service scripts
