About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Service Representative - Retirement Plans. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their retirement plans, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing guidance and support on their retirement plans.
  • Assist clients with fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities, ensuring that they are in compliance with ERISA guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, wealth advisors, and banking partners to deliver exceptional service and holistic solutions.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new custodial clients, ensuring that all necessary documents are gathered and accounts are set up correctly.
  • Lead projects related to the ONB custodial services business, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies to drive growth and scalability.
  • Ensure that all transactions and servicing of clients adhere to guidelines as defined by ERISA and other governing bodies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualifications and skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years' related experience, with a minimum of 3 years' experience working with trust and custodial business and retirement plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA guidelines and regulations.
  • Proficient communication skills and ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
