Crossmark is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key accounts with established clients, primarily in the retail operations execution at the store level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key accounts with established clients, focusing on retail operations execution at the store level.
  • Participate in the formulation of sales objectives, plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Execute approved sales plans and strategies.
  • Establish and maintain sound relationships with clients, providing thorough knowledge, insight, and communication into all facets of the market.
  • Review, evaluate, and report retail execution progress to plan and recommend programs for improvement.
  • Organize field contacts with clients and recap retail activity for client contact.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience in retail, marketing, operations, CPG, or related industry or product demonstration/events.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Sales Trak NG.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and prioritize conflicting demands and organize time.
