**Mission Solutions Business Development Lead:

We are seeking an accomplished Director of Business Growth Initiatives to drive the expansion of our Mission Solutions business group. As a senior leader, you will shape and execute the growth strategy, leveraging your expertise in sales, business development, and partnership-building.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Mission Solutions, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and expanding our sales pipeline.
  • Lead a high-performing team of business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with a focus on space applications and missions.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and partnership-building.
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.

Compensation Package:

Competitive salary: $220,000 - $260,000 per year, plus benefits, stock options, and performance bonuses.
