Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our client base and driving business growth in the title services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the title services market.
• Leverage existing relationships to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
• Utilize Canva and other presentation marketing applications to create compelling marketing materials and develop strategic marketing plans to attract new clients.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the title services industry with a proven track record of business development success.
• Highly proficient in Canva and other presentation marketing applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
