About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Rios Partners LLC.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new contracts and partnerships with the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and other federal healthcare agencies.

You will work closely with our senior leadership team, capture and marketing team, product and service delivery team, and external stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive and innovative business development plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to achieve significant revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the VA.
  • Negotiating and closing contracts and agreements that meet the company's expectations and requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in business development, sales, or account management in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Rios Partners offers a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
