Business Growth Representative

At Chip 1 Exchange, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about sales and business development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan and set sales appointments with prospect clients and customers, utilizing strong negotiation and presentation skills to close deals.
• Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory, leveraging CRM software to track progress and identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with existing accounts, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up to drive repeat business.
• Provide solutions to customers' needs, navigating complex issues to find creative and effective resolutions.
• Monitor active purchase orders/shipments, ensuring timely completion and resolving any discrepancies.
• Follow up with past due invoices, maintaining positive relationships with customers while driving revenue growth.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
• Superior negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to achieve top results, coupled with a charismatic and positive attitude that inspires trust and confidence.
• Hunter mentality, with a focus on goal-driven achievement and self-motivation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Benefits and Compensation:**
We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $72,000 per year, based on experience and performance. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
