About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior New Business Lead to join our Human Rights, Education, and Empowerment (HREE) division at Winrock International. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end new business process, experience leading, writing, and managing new business proposals, and comfort in leading new business strategy development and diversification.

You will be responsible for developing and sustaining a robust new business pipeline, evaluating and expanding new business landscape analysis, and providing quality assurance on all capture and live opportunities. The role also includes representing Winrock at key industry events and conferences and developing and maintaining relationships with prospective partners and collaborators.

The salary range for this role is between $124,000-$147,000. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
