Position Overview:
The Enterprise Americas division is in search of a Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our Customer Lifecycle initiatives within the Commercial and Regulated Industries sectors. This role will report directly to the Director of Community, Advocacy, and Lifecycle Marketing within our Shared Services marketing framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Develop and manage the customer lifecycle program framework tailored to the Enterprise and Regulated Industries audience, leveraging customer analytics and insights. Collaborate with field marketing, global customer marketing, and customer success teams to establish business requirements, messaging, and tactics aimed at enhancing engagement and driving efficiency.
  • Field Alignment and Partnerships: Work closely with field marketing and global customer marketing to align business needs with Customer Success and Service teams. Promote and communicate programs effectively across the Enterprise Americas region and beyond.
  • Consistency, Scale, and Measurement: Create an insights-driven approach to customer lifecycle initiatives, defining key performance indicators in collaboration with our analytics team to assess engagement, growth, and marketing ROI.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, preferably in technology or B2B sectors.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in-person and online.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management and marketing automation tools.
  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field is required.

Specialized Skills:
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and drive initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent decision-making.
