Position Summary:
The Enterprise Americas team is on the lookout for a Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our Customer Lifecycle initiatives within the Commercial and Regulated Industries sectors. This role will report directly to the Director of Community, Advocacy, and Lifecycle Marketing within our Shared Services marketing division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Lifecycle Strategy: Develop and manage the customer lifecycle program plan tailored for the Enterprise and Regulated Industries client base, utilizing customer analytics and insights. Collaborate with field marketing, global customer marketing, and customer success teams to establish business requirements, messaging, and tactics aimed at enhancing engagement and driving efficiency in sales and marketing.
- Field Alignment and Partnerships: Collaborate with field marketing and global customer marketing to align with the needs of Customer Success and Service teams. Communicate and promote initiatives across Enterprise Americas and beyond, deepening customer understanding and providing support for consulting discussions and business reviews.
- Consistency, Scale, and Measurement: Create an insights-driven framework for customer lifecycle programs, defining key performance indicators in collaboration with our analytics team to measure engagement, customer growth, and marketing ROI.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, an articulate communicator, and a data-driven marketer with a strong passion for customer advocacy. They will possess exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to represent our marketing perspective with professionalism and clarity. Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, preferably in technology or B2B sectors.

- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field is required.
Specialized Skills:
